You can remain anonymous when you call, and we have a duty of confidentiality. We can’t see the number you’re calling from, and we won’t call you back. You’ll need to delete the call from the call history on your phone if you don’t want the call to appear there.
You can speak your own language
We can arrange interpreters in lots of different languages. Tell us what language you speak, then just wait for us to contact an interpreter. It can take up to ten minutes to start interpreting your call.
